Roof Replacements

Central Florida humidity and summer storm season keep roofing contractors busy throughout Seminole County. Most Winter Springs residential roofs fit in a 20-yard dumpster. Larger homes in the Tuscawilla golf community may need the 30-yard. Call with your square footage.

Estate and Full Property Cleanouts

Winter Springs has an established residential base with families who have lived here since the 1970s and 1980s development boom. Full property cleanouts for homes changing ownership or being prepared for sale are a regular request. The 30-yard dumpster handles most estate cleanouts in the 32708 area. Call for delivery timing to your address.

New Construction and Additions

New home additions and infill construction throughout Winter Springs generate steady debris. The 30-yard dumpster is standard for most construction jobs. We work with contractors on volume pricing throughout the Orlando metro corridor.

Winter Springs properties along the Cross Seminole Trail, Central Winds Park, and the Bear Creek corridor have mature tree canopies that generate significant yard debris after Florida storms. Tree removal, storm cleanup, and large landscaping projects are regular requests. Call to confirm your materials before booking.

The Winter Springs Town Center and SR-434 commercial corridor generate office, retail, and restaurant renovation requests. We work with contractors and commercial property managers on accounts throughout the Orlando metro. Call (863) 412-5036 to discuss pricing.

About Winter Springs

Winter Springs is the largest city in Seminole County by land area at 14.8 square miles, with about 38,000 residents. It sits 15 miles northeast of downtown Orlando on the southern shore of Lake Jesup, a large shallow lake connected to the St. Johns River system. State Road 434 runs east-west through the city and SR-417 (the Central Florida GreeneWay) borders the western edge.

The area was originally settled around 1865 as the community of Tuskawilla — named by George Brantley after an Indian village in Alachua County. Tuskawilla Road was a rugged wagon trail blazed to build railroad tracks from Lake Jesup toward Orlando. The city was incorporated in 1959 as North Orlando, with only 600 residents, and renamed Winter Springs in 1972 because residents felt the North Orlando name caused too much confusion about the city's location relative to Orlando itself. By 2011 Money Magazine ranked it the 97th best place to live in the United States.

The growth of the University of Central Florida 10 miles south and the adjacent UCF Research Park — which houses aerospace and defense contractors — drove steady high-income residential development throughout Winter Springs from the 1970s onward. The result is one of Seminole County's most consistently upscale suburban communities, with average household income well above the state median.

Central Winds Park on Lake Jesup is the city's main gathering place, with boardwalks extending into the wetlands, soccer fields, and a lakefront setting where roseate spoonbills feed in the shallows. The Cross Seminole Trail, a 23-mile paved multi-use path from Oviedo to Lake Mary, runs through the heart of the city. Winter Springs Town Center at the geographic center of the city opened in 2002 as a mixed-use development designed to replicate the feel of old Florida town life, anchored by a Publix and surrounded by specialty retail. The Hometown Harvest Festival draws the community together every November with live music, hayrides, and food vendors. Bear Creek Nature Trail offers a quiet half-mile walk through live oaks, cypress, and native hammock. Black Hammock Airboat Rides operates on Lake Jesup just east of the city.
