How long can I keep a dumpster?

You can rent for 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days. After 7 days, each extra day is $25. Our dumpster rental prices page shows which rental length fits which kind of job.

What if I need the dumpster longer than I planned?

Call us at (863) 412-5036 before your pickup day, and we will add the days. After a 7 day rental, each extra day is $25.

What happens if I go over the weight limit?

The 15-yard and 20-yard hold 3 tons. The 30-yard holds 4 tons. Your load is weighed at the disposal site, and you pay only for the weight over your limit. In Polk County, that typically runs $50 to $90 per ton.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Your price covers delivery, pickup, disposal up to the weight limit, and your rental days. Extra costs only come from weight over the limit, extra days after 7 days, items that need special disposal, or delivery outside our standard service area.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, cash, and checks. Payment is due at delivery. Contractors and property managers can call (863) 412-5036 to set up an invoiced business account.

Do you offer discounts for multiple dumpsters?

Yes. Contractors, property managers, and businesses get volume pricing on multiple rentals. Call (863) 412-5036 to set up a contractor account.

Dumpster Sizes

What dumpster sizes do you rent?

We rent 15-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard roll-off dumpsters. Our dumpster size guide compares all three side by side, with the jobs each one fits.

Do you rent 10-yard or 40-yard dumpsters?

No. For small jobs, the 15-yard is the closest fit. For very large jobs, choose a 30-yard or plan for two loads.

What is a 15-yard dumpster good for?

A 15-yard dumpster holds about 6 pickup truck loads. It fits a bathroom gut-out, a garage cleanout, flooring in a few rooms, or a small roof. It is our smallest and lowest priced size.

What is a 20-yard dumpster good for?

A 20-yard dumpster holds about 8 pickup truck loads. It fits a kitchen remodel, whole house flooring, a moving cleanout, or a single-layer shingle roof up to about 2,000 sq ft. It is our most popular size.

What is a 30-yard dumpster good for?

A 30-yard dumpster holds about 12 pickup truck loads. It fits whole house remodels, estate cleanouts, large roofs, demolition, and commercial jobs. It also has our highest weight limit at 4 tons.

How many dumpsters do I need?

Most home projects need one. Heavy debris like concrete, tile, or a two-layer roof can take more than one load. Our guide on how many dumpsters you need shows how much each size holds.

Project Questions

What size dumpster do I need for a roof replacement?

A 20-yard handles a single-layer shingle roof up to about 2,000 sq ft, for $385 to $450. Larger roofs or two-layer tear-offs need a 30-yard, for $485 to $550, or more than one load. Shingles are heavy, so weight usually runs out before space does.

What size dumpster do I need for a kitchen remodel?

A 20-yard handles cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and drywall from most kitchens. It costs $385 for 1 day up to $450 for 7 days.

Do you rent dumpsters for construction sites?

Yes. We rent 15, 20, and 30-yard dumpsters to contractors, builders, and commercial jobs, and we have served projects like the Publix Downtown Lakeland renovation. Call (863) 412-5036 for contractor accounts and volume pricing.

Can I put concrete in a dumpster?

Yes, but call us before you book. Concrete is very heavy. A 3-ton limit holds only about 1.5 cubic yards, or roughly 120 sq ft of a 4 inch slab. The 30-yard holds about 160 sq ft. We will help you plan the right number of loads.

Do you provide dumpsters for estate cleanouts?

Yes. We help families across Lakeland clear out a loved one's home with a dumpster sized to the job and a rental length that gives you time to sort. Most estate cleanouts use a 30-yard. Call (863) 412-5036 and we will help you plan it.

Do you provide dumpsters for hurricane cleanup?

Yes. We rent dumpsters for storm damage and hurricane cleanup across Lakeland and Polk County, and we put storm cleanup deliveries first. Call (863) 412-5036 as soon as you know what you need.

Can I rent a dumpster for yard waste?

Yes. Our dumpsters take yard waste like tree limbs, brush, and landscaping debris. Fresh sod is very heavy, so call before you book a sod load.

Do you rent dumpsters to businesses?

Yes. We serve retail stores, restaurants, offices, property managers, and contractors. We offer flexible scheduling, volume pricing, and invoicing. Call (863) 412-5036 for a commercial account.

Delivery and Rental Process

How do I rent a dumpster?

Call (863) 412-5036 or book online. Pick your size, your rental length, and your delivery day. We drop the dumpster at your home or job site. You fill it, and we pick it up when your time is up or when you call.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Book before 10 AM for same-day dumpster delivery in Lakeland and most of Polk County. We also deliver in the evening until 11 PM, on Saturdays starting at 8 AM, and on a limited schedule on Sundays.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Lakeland?

Not if the dumpster sits on your own property, like a driveway. If it has to sit on a public street, the City of Lakeland may require a permit. See our dumpster permit guide for details.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

We place boards under the dumpster to spread the weight and protect your driveway. Asphalt softens in Florida heat, so let us know when you book if your driveway is asphalt.

What can I put in a dumpster?

Construction debris, household junk, furniture, appliances, carpet, drywall, wood, shingles, concrete, yard waste, and general trash. Fridges and AC units need the refrigerant removed first. You cannot put in hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, or electronics.
